I often hear, “should I just take a job or go do what I love?” Ha! What do you think? Although there a many variables for your decision based on that statement, doing what you love always wins the race. If you don’t think so, just take the job and see how happy you really are in about 6 months.
Since I started coaching people in their careers in the early 1990s, this has always been the dilemma for my clients. I can tell you to follow your passion, but you have to be sure that you are ready for the journey, the changes, the freedom, the happiness and yes, the fear.
So take a look around. We’ve changed a lot over the years and so will you, if you’re ready. Change and shape your future, otherwise… this is as good as it gets!
